Our clear and fair pricing is also a significant advantage. All salespersons and brokers at our offices pay $129 + HST every year and keep 100% of their commission on each deal, with a small administrative fee of $349 + HST per deal. For the first deal every year, the administrative fee is 10% of the commission instead. This allows our agents to work with buyers and sellers anywhere in Ontario as fully licensed real estate professionals while enjoying full commissions.
